Waiver of Liability
The purpose of this document is to inform _______________________________ , here after in this document referenced to as player or the player, of the risks and/or dangers that are present on the property belonging to Jerry Bradley.
In reading this the player acknowledges that in entering this property to they are putting them-self at risk for a multitude of injuries. There are fall hazards, from which broken bones, concussions, sprains, bruises, brain damage, paralyzes, lacerations, impalement, and humiliation may be sustained. There are a multitude of laceration hazards that can inflict minor cuts to disembodiment. These hazards include, but not limited to, fences, stones/rocks, nails, oyster shells, sheet metal, loose boards, thorns, tree limbs, bricks, and farm equipment. Further more are risks of bio-hazards which may be sustained from insect bites/stings ( wasps, ants, beetles, etc.), arachnid bites (black widows, brown recluse, wolf spiders, banana spiders, scorpions, etc.), snake bites (water moccasins, rattle snakes, white oaks, etc.), lizard bites (scorpion lizards), and various unknown reactions to cuts, inhalation, swallowing, and contact from/with any object on the property. The player also acknowledges that any injury that he/she may sustain due to playing any games (airsoft, paintball, etc.) on the property are possible and likely. Due to the age of some structures, potential for structures to fall and cause injury or death is also a risk you, the player, are acknowledging.
It is in the player's interest to be aware that in signing this document you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood all of the risks and dangers listed above. You also acknowledge the fact that there may be some dangers/hazards not listed above that you, the player, may come in contact with. It is also understood that in signing this document that you are signing a complete waiver of liability for the property owner, Jerry Bradley, and his son your host, Jesse Bradley. So that it is fully understood, the two aforementioned people will not and can not be held responsible in any measure for the injuries you may sustain or the medical attention you may require from any injuries you sustain while on the property belonging to Jerry Bradley. By signing this waiver you claim full and absolute responsibility for any and all injuries that you (or your child) may sustain while on the property belonging to Jerry Bradley.
